BG (Barbra Gail) began her career as a professional artist at the age of seventeen. She has over 35 years experience in numerous fields of art. These genres include stained glass, graphic design, movie production design, murals, decorative finishes, sculptures and extensive work as a commissioned artist for custom canvas paintings. "Of all the different types of wonderful projects I have been commissioned to design, my favorite and most rewarding are always the paintings that instill a feeling of spiritual connection. When I prioritize what is most important and what I would want to leave behind in this life, it would be art that uplifts the soul and reminded us of our divinity. You will see by her portfolio that she has mastered a broad range of painting styles from old masters to ultra contemporary. This is due to the many years of contracted work. Each project was designed for it's special client. Barbra has worked with commercial and residential projects of all sizes. BG now devotes most of her time to painting the subject matter that she loves most, heavenly landscapes and angelic forms. Currently she is painting in oils, acrylics and mixed media. She is also woking on a life size sculpture of a beautiful angel to be cast. The casting material is open to the client's needs.. This work of art should be ready for exhibition in the summer of 2004. |
